  • Food Pantry

Offering food boxes that include three breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals for a family to help supplement rising food costs.

  • Heat and Electricity Assistance

Past due energy bills? Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC) may be able to help with emergency financial assistance with past due energy bills, when funding is available. Please contact our office for eligibility details.

For families actively involved in one or more of Community Partnership’s programs, additional financial services may be available on a case by case basis.

For The Kids

  • Parents as Teachers

Learn about your child’s development from prenatal through the start of kindergarten.

Individualized meetings scheduled at your convenience. Help foster your child’s development, build a strong parent/child relationship, and prepare your child for preschool and/or kindergarten.

  • Playgroup

Parenting is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.

Fun and structured group time provides the whole family with social opportunities.

Children and caregivers will build their relationship with one another through meaningful and fun interactions.

For parents, caregivers, and children ages 5 & under. Older siblings are welcome.

  • Vroom

Turn everyday situations into learning opportunities for your young child with 1,000+ fun activities to help their brain grow strong.

Vroom helps parents boost their child’s learning during the time they already spend together, with tips and tools to turn everyday moments into Brain Building Moments.

Brain building with your child during their first 5 years gives them a strong base for lifelong learning.

  • School-based Early Childhood Health Programming

Community Partnership Family Resource Center offers in-school early childhood health programming to preschool and first grade students. Look for us in your child’s classroom!

EatPlayGrow
In school program offered to Kindergarten and first grade students. Classes will learn about healthy nutrition and physical activity choices through fun and creative activities, ensuring they have a healthy start.

Exploring Food Together
In school program is offered to Preschool students. As part of the Share Our Strength’s Cooking Matters program, kids will explore new foods and build skills to make healthy food choices.

CATCH: Coordinated Approach to Child Health
Preschool teachers are trained to facilitate this fun curriculum throughout the school day. Designed to nurture a love of physical activity and nutrition and encourage healthy eating.

For The Family

  • Practical and Positive Parenting

A nurturing and active approach to parenting in a supportive peer environment. Support for every step of your child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Caregiver Support Group

Join Circle of Parents in a friendly and supportive environment, where discussions are led by parents and caregivers. Groups allow for caregivers in a parenting role to openly discuss successes and challenges of raising children.

  • Crossroads Co-parenting Seminar

Helps co-parents establish a cooperative and positive relationship, focusing on the child’s development and wellbeing. This includes divorcing parents, grandparents, kin, and other co-parenting situations.

  • Cooking Classes

Individuals and families develop skills to learn to shop and cook healthy, fast, and affordable food meals. Brought to us by Cooking Matters and Share Our Strength.

  • Family Development Services

Everyone needs a little help sometimes. Our confidential Family Development Services are here to help. Advocates work with your strengths to set the goals you want to work towards, and support you in achieving those family goals. Connects families with resources in the community, improves financial knowledge/literacy, and provides access to essential needs support.

  • Wraparound

A youth focused process, helps promote youth voice and choices in their lives. Advocates help you explore and utilize your natural supports, and take a team approach to help reach your family’s goals.

For The Community

  • Adult Exercise

Improve your physical and mental health during free exercise classes for all level.

  • Community Gardens

Learn how to garden at high altitude, grow fresh produce, and connect with other local gardeners.

  • Foundation in Financial Health

Provides tools to help stabilize your economic situation and overall financial health through simple everyday life choices, ensuring your spending habits align with your personal goals and values.

  • GED Classes

Improve your education and employment opportunities by earning your GED. We will help you every step of the way, from enrollment to graduation, with our small classes and on-site testing center.

New students, minimum age 16, may join GED classes after completing orientation.

  • Parent Advisory Committee

Contribute a parent/caregiver perspective, provide feedback about Community Partnership programming, and develop a parent/caregiver voice in the community to advocate for all families.

  • Pearson VUE Testing Site
