About Leah
Leah began her journey of creative expression through movement at a young age, with the practice of ballet and other forms of dance. Yoga became a major part of Leah’s dance program, with the intention of manifesting flexibility. It also became a part of her mental health stability and gave her a better understanding of herself. Leah began to naturally unfold the true meaning and intention of the Yoga practice, beyond āsana.
Since 2007, Leah has taught beginner friendly Hatha yoga and stretching classes around the Pikes Peak region, and in 2008 received her massage therapy certification and license, and opened a private practice, White Lotus Therapies.
Through guiding and helping others, Leah continued to better understand herself, and how to better help others deal with pain, injury, trauma and confidence all while grasping the true process of Yoga. Although Leah is not currently accepting new private clients, she can help you find a therapist who can suit your needs!
