Community Partnership (CP) was one of only two Family Resource Centers nationwide featured in a 2021 Return on Investment study by the National Family Support Network and Casey Family Programs. The study found that for every $1 invested in CP, Teller County DHS saved about $3 in unopened child welfare cases, contributing to a 63% reduction in child abuse cases. In 2025, CP’s ROI study was published in a scientific journal, further validating the effectiveness of its family support model.
