Whether you’re a single parent, a blended family, a multigenerational household, or any other family structure, we know that no two families are exactly alike. But even though your family might look different from your neighbor’s, we’ve learned that all families face similar challenges at one point or another in their journey.
Our knowledgeable and caring team is dedicated to connecting you with the support you need, whether it’s within our organization or through our extensive network of community partners. While families face similar challenges, we know that every family’s situation is distinct. That’s why we offer a wide range of resources that can be customized to your unique family.
Holiday Gift Program
Every year, our community comes together and shows an overwhelming amount of support for families. Community Partnership is proud to distribute donated new coats, gifts, and food to help local children have a memorable holiday.
