About Family Empowerment
Your family is unique, with your own experiences and challenges. Our team will work with your individual family respecting your culture, beliefs, and values, to help you achieve your personal goals, whatever those may be.
Accomplish more
with a family advocate
You will work one-on-one with your family advocate to identify challenges, set goals around overcoming them, connect with resources, and celebrate your accomplishments. Your advocate will walk alongside you without judgment as you work through each goal, ensuring you are encouraged and empowered to keep moving forward.
Personalized support tailored to your individual family
We focus on what YOU want to work on. We will connect you to resources which will support your self-identified goals. We will come to you wherever you feel comfortable, home, school, public space, you tell us.
Family led
Family Empowerment does not tell you what to do, we listen to you and meet you where you are at. You know your family best and should have a voice and choice in the things that impact your family.
