Host an Event or a Meeting
Community Partnership Family Resource Center is pleased to offer space for community members to rent for meetings, events, parties, or gatherings. Rent one of our community spaces: Family Café and Learning Kitchen, Boardroom, or Multipurpose Room for your next gathering.
What to expect:
Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at Community Partnership Family Resource Center (CP). Applications may be completed using the online form or hard copies are available at CP.
Rooms are available to rent during business hours, Monday-Thursday, 9am-4pm or after hours for an additional fee. Availability is dependent on our current programming. Ask about our nonprofit discount.
Boardroom
This beautiful space with a view of Pikes Peak can accommodate groups of up to 20. Amenities include 85” Samsung Smart TV with the capability to connect your personal laptop, free Wi-Fi, a two-sided rolling whiteboard, and small kitchenette with coffee maker and mini fridge stocked with refreshments. The reservation fee is $50 per hour and $25 per hour for qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
Multipurpose Room
With an open floor plan, this space can accommodate groups of up to 50. Available upon request: tables, chairs, and portable Vizio TV with HDMI capability to connect to your personal laptop. The reservation fee is $75 per hour and $50 per hour for qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
Family Café and Learning Kitchen
The café-style space with round tables and free Wi-Fi can accommodate groups of up to 60. Available upon request: two-sided rolling whiteboard, and portable Vizio TV with HDMI capability to connect to your personal laptop. The learning kitchen can be used to host catered meals or prep light refreshments. The reservation fee is $100 per hour and $50 per hour for qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.
