Telehealth
Don’t have internet or a device or can’t get to a meeting? Community Partnership Family Resource Center has telehealth kiosks and Wi-Fi available for your virtual needs. Community Partnership is proud to be a host of telehealth kiosks, donated by the Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA).

What to expect:
Community members have access to our Telehealth kiosks for online appointments with their behavioral and physical healthcare providers, potential employers, or teachers. Scheduling a telehealth appointment may save you the trip to your healthcare provider office or clinic or a visit to an urgent care.
Please make sure appointments are arranged through your medical provider first. Your provider will email you a link or instructions on how to log into your appointment. Then please call Community Partnership to schedule the use of our Telehealth kiosks during our normal business hours.
Please note: minors do not need adults present to use our kiosks, however Community Partnership may require adult approval first.
Live Video
A two-way, face-to-face interaction between you and your correspondence using audiovisual communications.
Confidential Private Space
Our family rooms are comfortable, private, and quiet. A welcoming space for safety and confidentiality.
Flexibility and Accessibility
We strive to find creative ways to provide access to care, professional development, and staying connected with others considering individual’s personal preference, challenges such as mobility, and access to transportation or childcare. Telehealth services break down barriers to care and promote health equity in our rural community.
