Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, our classes offer an opportunity to enhance your well-being, improve your physical fitness, and cultivate a sense of inner peace. Yoga is offered on Monday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
Our instructor Leah is an expert instructor and provides modifications for different skill levels and abilities, ensuring everyone can participate safely.
