GED Orientation

Stop by to learn what it takes to earn your GED, including the steps involved, what to expect from the program, and how to get started. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, meet with staff, and find out if this path is right for you. No appointment needed, just stop by anytime during that window.

Our GED (General Educational Development) classes are designed to provide individuals 16 and older with the opportunity to prepare for and earn a high school equivalency diploma.

In-person classes are held at our Community Center in Woodland Park and the Adult Career Connection Center in Cripple Creek to provide guidance, support, and feedback to help you succeed. We will help you prepare for the four main subject areas of the GED exam: Math, Science, Social Studies, and Reasoning Through Language Arts.

New students may join GED classes after completing orientation and paying registration fees.
