Free Income Tax Preparation

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) provides FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, and SECURE preparation and e-filing of Federal and State income taxes, for taxpayers who qualify. This service is available for basic returns with income up to about $64,000.

When visiting a VITA site, bring the following with you: proof of identification (Photo ID), social security cards, ITIN paperwork, or social security statement (SSA-1099) for all persons listed on your return, wage and income statements (W2 & 1099), and bank routing numbers and account numbers for direct deposit.
