What is Foundation Training?

Foundation Training is an innovative exercise program designed to teach you how to effectively use your body and move in natural, pain-free ways. It focuses on strengthening the core, improving posture, and enhancing flexibility through a series of movements and exercises that decompress the spine and correct poor habits.
