Ages: Children 6 and older are welcome to help in the kitchen. Younger children childcare provided
Commitment: 6 weeks, once a week for two hours
Group Size: Varies - Max 12 families

Hands on workshop to learn how to prep and cook healthy meals, grocery shopping on a budget, and nutrition.
Leave the shopping and cleaning for us, take a night off and have some fun cooking with your family. Enjoy a family style meal together at the end of class.
Each week, participants take home a bag of groceries to recreate the meal at home or get creative and customize your own meal.
