Days: Thursdays ~ October 2-17
Ages: Children 6 and older are encouraged to participate, and child care is offered for children under 6.
Commitment: 6 weeks, once a week for two hours
Group Size: Varies - Max 12 families

Leave the shopping and cleaning to us, take a night off and enjoy hands-on cooking fun with your family! Learn to prep and cook healthy meals, grocery shop on a budget, and nutrition. Enjoy a family style meal together at the end of class.
Each week, participants take home a bag of groceries to recreate the meal at home or get creative and customize your own meal.
