This class has been great. It’s taught me so many things and it helped me open up a lot. When I first came to class I had a lot of walls up, I didn’t want to talk about things, but now I enjoy sharing and talking about everything. I feel comfortable sharing stuff now. I learned so much about taking care of my kid, myself and my family. I am very grateful for this class and would recommend it to anyone.
