About this activity:
Wraparound will help youth and their families understand and identify the needs behind the behaviors which have led to larger concerns or consequences. This is for youth with challenges that are impacting their success and the family.
Together,
We Are Stronger
Wraparound helps families build a team of people dedicated to supporting their youth and family through challenges at home, in school, and in the community. Together, we focus on the strengths, goals, and hopes of the entire family. Through one-on-one guidance, youth empowerment, and connection to resources, Wraparound creates a supportive environment where both youth and families grow in confidence, resilience, and long-term success.
